This Support Services Agreement does not cover the following items:-
1. Installation of new hardware or non-EURIKA software.
2. Physical Repair of failed hardware, we do not provide physical repair of hardware such as PC, Notebook, Server, etc.
3. Physical Repair of failed networking, such as switch, router, modem, network cable, etc.
4. Repair/ healing virus attack.
5. Repair data corruption/ data lost.
6. Data Migration
7. Archive/ Backup Database
8. Software Customization
9. Software New Requirement (include new module, process, reports, etc)
10. Software Training
